Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride)
Its bioactive form plays the role of a coenzyme in various reactions of carbohydrate metabolism.
Insufficient intake or the presence of thiamine antagonists in the diet may lead to cardiovascular or neurological diseases.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
It plays a vital role in the human body, serving as a coenzyme for many enzymes, such as flavoproteins in the respiratory chain.
A deficiency in vitamin B2 can lead to loss of appetite, growth retardation, skin changes, hair loss, anemia, and in severe cases, even neuropathy.
